About NK Counselling
Hi, I'm Nathan Kristalovich, CYW, BEd, OCT, BSW, a registered Social Worker, Ontario Certified Teacher, and Child and Youth Care professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve greater wellness, balance, and personal growth.
Drawing on my diverse background in education, social work, and child and youth care, I support children, youth, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, and other concerns that can impact everyday well-being. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful goals that lead to positive and lasting change.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore their experiences and build on their strengths. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
Through virtual counselling, I strive to eliminate barriers to care by offering a comfortable, convenient, and pressure-free environment where support is accessible from wherever you feel most at ease.
